In our intimate 22-seat restaurant, head chef Charles Taylor prepares an exciting tasting menu from our wood-fired oven, while Erika Eie and Sigurd Egdetveit curates exceptional beverage pairings from the bar and Ambassadens award winning wine cellar.

If the restaurant is fully booked, or if you’re just in the mood for a lighter bite, you can enjoy several of Chef Charles’ dishes from the bar menu, featuring freshly baked bread, snacks, and small plates with a focus on seafood.
